Dear Crafters and Specialist Food Producers,
The Vermont Maple Festival, Inc. will sponsor a Craft and Specialty Foods Show at Bellows Free Academy, on South Main Street, St. Albans, Vermont on April 27-29, 2012.
The show will be held for three days, the hours being:
Friday, April 27 - 12 noon to 5 p.m.
Saturday, April 28 - 10 am to 5 p.m.
Sunday, April 29 - 10 am. to 4 p.m.
Set-up time is on Friday April 27th beginning at 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
(You must be set up by 11:30 a.m.)
Space fee will vary depending on space size (see application for more details). Spaces will include a pipe and drape set-up. You must attend all three days. We will not reserve any space for less than three days. You must bring your own tables. 8' x 6' tables are available upon request for a fee. No pets are allowed into the show.
Please read show rules and regulations prior to filling out and signing application form. Application forms must be returned with payment, signed hold harmless agreement & for speciality foods a copy of insurance before February 1, 2012. The spaces will be filled ona first come, first serve basis, please keep in mind spaces fill up quickly. We reserve the right to limit the number of crafters and specialty foods in each category. After February 25th a notice will be sent to confirm your space and your check will be returned if no space is available. Payments will not be returned for cancellations made after March 1, 2012. A $35.00 fee will be charged for checks returned by bank for any reasons.
